We have begun fabrication on Latent Energy! This sculpture will be permanently installed in front of the brand new Fred Pirkle Engineering & Technology Center located at Sam Houston State University in Huntsville, Texas. The new center marks the main entrance to the west side of SHSU. The sculpture will be made up of many acrylic spheres held together in a steel frame. The forms will represent molecules rising out of the ground. Our goal for this piece is to draw attention to the celebrated new facilities while creating an iconic gateway to the SHSU campus.
